Project Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing facilities and construction projects from planning through completion. They will ensure that projects are delivered within the approved budget, timeline, quality standards, and safety requirements while coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope, timelines, budgets, and risk management plans
• Oversee design reviews, permits, and regulatory compliance
• Manage contractors, vendors, RFQs/RFPs, and change orders
• Monitor project costs,

s, and KPIs and provide regular updates to leadership

• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, building codes, and quality requirements
• Lead commissioning, punch lists, and project handover to operations
• Support preventive maintenance and asset lifecycle planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical), Architecture, Facilities Management, or a related field
• 5–10+ years of experience in facilities, construction, or project management
• Strong knowledge of facilities management and building operations
• Knowledge of building codes, permits, HSE, and regulatory compliance
• Experience in vendor and contract management
• Strong project planning, coordination, and organizational skills
• Preferred certifications: FMP, CFM, or PMP
