About the role
This is a comprehensive HR role responsible for managing employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, workforce management, HR strategy, policy development, compliance, compensation, payroll coordination, benefits administration, training, development, performance support, HR administration, reporting, analytics, and administrative office management functions.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and general HR concerns
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates
- Partner with management to develop recruitment strategies, workforce plans, and succession planning initiatives
- Oversee onboarding processes, including orientation, documentation, benefits enrollment, and cultural integration
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with labor laws and regulatory
requirements
- Coordinate payroll processes by validating attendance, salary adjustments, and appraisal computations to ensure accuracy and timely release
- Administer employee benefits programs, including government-mandated contributions and HMO
benefits
- Identify organizational training needs and develop or coordinate training programs to address skill gaps and enhance employee capabilities
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, including headcount, attrition, hiring status, attendance, and disciplinary cases
- Oversee daily office operations, facilities management, and administrative services to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained workplace
About you
- Ability to provide guidance and support in resolving employee issues, including performance concerns, workplace conflicts, and policy interpretation
- Capability to facilitate employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive work environment
- Experience managing disciplinary processes in accordance with company policies and labor regulations
- Ability to maintain accurate and updated employee records, 201 files, and HRIS data
- Capability to support performance management cycles, including goal-setting, evaluations, and development planning
- Knowledge of employment legislation and ability to monitor changes and ensure timely implementation of updates
- Experience coordinating with vendors, service providers, and building administration for repairs, maintenance, and service agreements
- Ability to ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive employee information
- Capability to conduct data analysis and provide insights and recommendations based on HR metrics and trends
- Ability to manage procurement, inventory, and distribution of office supplies and devices
