Full job description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing and mentoring sales representatives, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth objectives.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new sales representatives.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular coaching and performance feedback.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to support lead generation and promotional campaigns.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure excellent customer service and long-term client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales records using CRM software.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
