About The Role

The Direct Sales Officer role will execute on-ground sales through booth activations nationwide, promoting Union

Bank’s products while delivering strong customer experience and achieving targets.

What You’ll Do

• Manage Union

Bank booth activations across assigned locations (e.g., malls, events, corporate partners, and affiliates) to support sales initiatives

• Actively promote and sell the Bank’s products and services to achieve sales targets and expand customer base in the field
• Ensure completion of all mandatory trainings and continuously update product and sales knowledge
• Strictly adhere to established bank policies, procedures, and compliance requirements in all activities
• Represent the Bank professionally by delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a positive brand image

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or any related field
• Prior sales experience in financial services (banking, telecommunications, insurance, or real estate) is an advantage
• Highly driven, confident, and target-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering results
• Demonstrates initiative and ability to work independently, while being an effective team player
• Excellent verbal communication skills with strong numerical ability to understand and present financial information
