WFH Social Media Assistant

Job Overview: You will take creative ownership of this client's social media presence, transforming raw content into polished, on-brand visuals and consistently growing their audience across Instagram and beyond. You will have the autonomy to bring fresh ideas to the table, shape the content direction, and deliver measurable results — all from the comfort of your own home, on a flexible part-time schedule with real potential to grow into a full-time role. Schedule: Remote Part Time | Flexible Schedule, 20h per week, with some overlap with Curaçao time for communication. Responsibilities: Transform raw content into visually compelling, on-brand social media posts using Canva

• Schedule and publish content consistently across Instagram and other platforms via cross-posting
• Monitor social media analytics to identify top-performing content and areas for improvement
• Develop creative concepts and fresh ideas to increase audience engagement and follower growth
• Repurpose Instagram content for distribution across additional social media channels
• Requirements: Proven experience managing and growing Instagram accounts with a strong creative portfolio
• Proficiency in Canva for designing engaging visual content
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting
• High level of creativity with the ability to produce authentic, engaging content
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Bonus: if you have experience cross-posting and adapting content for platforms beyond Instagram (e.g. Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Bonus: if you are comfortable presenting performance insights and making data-driven content recommendations
• Nice to have: It helps if you have a background in content strategy or have previously owned a brand's social media direction end-to-end
