What You’ll Do
- Manage a high volume of emails, calls, enquiries, and client requests.
- Receive and coordinate referrals from various providers, from initial referral through to appointment booking.
- Communicate with clients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams to ensure a smooth referral process.
- Coordinate therapist diaries, availability, and appointments.
- Maintain accurate client and referral information across relevant systems.
- Respond to enquiries and follow-ups through the ticketing system.
- Handle client-related administration and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding matters.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team as required.
Key Criteria
- Previous experience in healthcare administration
- Strong spoken and written English with confident communication skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the initiative to take ownership and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for helping people and delivering a positive client experience.
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to share ideas and contribute to continuous improvement.
Work setup
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): 6 AM - 3 PM (PHT) fully onsite during probation, transitioning to a hybrid work setup thereafter.
