Leading dynamic 1:1 English lessons with Korean students through Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Bringing lessons to life using our ready-made, professionally developed teaching materials. Adjusting your teaching style to match each student's pace, personality, and learning goals. Monitoring student growth and fine-tuning your approach to help them improve faster. Creating a warm, encouraging space where students feel comfortable practicing and making mistakes.

What We're Looking For

At least 1 year of ESL teaching experience, online or home-based teaching background is a strong plus.A bachelor's degree in Education, English, TESOL, or a closely related field. Confident, clear spoken and written English.A natural people-person with patience, empathy, and a real love for teaching. Self-discipline and the ability to thrive working independently from home.
