JOB SUMMARY:As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at Foundever, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing reports, and creating visualizations to support various business functions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, deliver insights, and recommend data-driven strategies. Your expertise in Power BI, SQL, M, and DAX will be vital in ensuring accurate reporting and analytics.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Design and develop complex reports and dashboards using Power BI to provide insights into key business metrics.
• Analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and present findings to stakeholders. Data Modeling:
• Create and maintain data models using SQL, M, and DAX to support reporting needs.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data availability, integrity, and consistency. Collaboration with Stakeholders:
• Work closely with business units to gather requirements and understand their analytical needs.
• Communicate analytical insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Tool Development and Optimization:
• Develop and enhance BI tools and solutions to streamline data analysis processes.
• Identify and implement best practices for data visualization and reporting. Mentorship and Leadership:
• Mentor junior business intelligence analysts and provide guidance on BI tools and methodologies.
• Lead initiatives to promote data literacy across the organization. Continuous Improvement:
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies related to business intelligence and analytics.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in reporting and analysis.
