Senior Marketing Manager

• Define and execute the annual marketing strategy aligned with business goals- Position the company competitively in red-ocean markets through differentiated campaigns- Serve as Board's trusted advisor on brand, market trends, and customer insights- Lead and develop the marketing team, ensuring clear roles, KPIs, and career paths- Establish governance for budget allocation, campaign prioritization and ROI tracking- Build cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and HR/ OD- Own the brand narrative, identity, and messaging across all platforms- Oversee PR, digital, social and offline campaigns to ensure consistency and impact- Manage external agencies, media partners and KOLs- Drive lead generation , conversion, and customer retention through integrated campaigns- Monitor and optimize marketing ROI, CAC, CLV, and brand equity metrics- Support revenue growth by aligning marketing with sales pipelines- Supervises conduct of market research, competitor bench marking, and customer segmentation
