- POSITION TITLE: Finance & Accounting Trainer (PTP, RTR, OTC)
- WORK SETUP: Return to Office
OVERALL PURPOSE
Delivers all required training programs that may include end to end new hire training (Pre-Process, Voice and Client-Specific process training), continuous education, company background and industry policies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Propose continuous improvements in communications coaching and new hire training processes
- Mentor other employees to provide communication coaching support
- Attend quality calibration calls and provide recommendations
- Provide communication coaching and training support to other businesses
OTHERS
- Project Shift Schedule: Night Shift
- Project Rest Day: Rotation Off
- Project/Team Location: Quezon City, Cyberpark Tower 3
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2 years of F&A experience, i.e., PTP or RTR or OTC
- Individual Contributor
- Preferred (but not required) / Advantage:
- Experience in writing DTPs
- MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Training experience
