what is an inbound sales consultant?

our awesome client, a leading company in the tyre industry, is looking for an inbound sales consultant to be part of their support centre team.

as an inbound sales consultant, you will manage incoming calls and online chats from new and existing customers regarding sales inquiries and orders. you will provide exceptional customer service, resolve concerns efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the customer journey.

what will be your main responsibilities?

• handle incoming calls from new and existing customers regarding sales inquiries and existing orders.
• engage with potential customers through the company’s live chat platform.
• provide accurate product, order, and service information to customers.
• resolve customer questions, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• document customer interactions and maintain detailed and accurate records in filemaker.
• collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and effective issue resolution.
• maintain and continuously improve product and industry knowledge.
• navigate internal systems and crm platforms effectively to assist customers.
• deliver a consistently high level of customer service across all communication channels.

what are we looking for?

• at least 1 year of experience in a similar customer service, sales, inbound sales, or support role.
• strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
