IT PROJECT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Create and maintain project workflows, timelines, processes, and deliverables.
• Break down project requirements into manageable tasks and milestone-based deliverables.
• Plan and facilitate weekly sprint planning sessions.
• Conduct daily Scrum meetings to review:
• Completed tasks
• Current work in progress
• Blockers and issues
• Next action items
• Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are delivered on time.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, QA testers, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Track project tasks using project management platforms such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Notion, or similar tools.
• Identify project risks, issues, and bottlenecks, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Ensure all team members understand their assigned tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
• Prepare weekly project status reports and progress updates.
• Review completed deliverables before milestone approval.
• Ensure project outputs meet the agreed scope, quality standards, and timelines.
• Manage scope changes and communicate any impact on project timelines or costs.
• Maintain complete and organized project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
