WORK-SET UP

• Work-from-Home

• For Blended (Phone with Email/Chat)

Role Overview: The Technical Support Engineer provides technical and customer support for cybersecurity software and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers and end-users.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to software and security products.
• Provide clear, professional, and empathetic communication to resolve technical issues promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience of customer-facing experience providing technical support and troubleshooting software or technology products.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity products such as antivirus, VPN, firewall, or password management solutions is an advantage.
• Comfortable with technical concepts and possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding customer service skills with empathy for customers.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with a globally distributed team.

Pay: From Php23,000.00 per month
