Cloud Platform Technical Analyst

As an Intermediate Cloud Platform Technical Analyst, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the reliability of our Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) platform and related cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities

Operate and maintain AKS clusters and related Azure PAAS services (e.g., APIM, ASE, Event Hub). Perform Tier 2 triage and troubleshooting of platform issues, escalating as needed. Assist in automation and monitoring setup to improve platform reliability and visibility. Support platform security, access management, and performance optimization. Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to support application onboarding and deployment. Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing across the team. Required Qualifications2-3 years of experience in infrastructure or platform support roles.2+ years of hands-on experience with AKS, Docker, or Kubernetes environments. Familiarity with CLI tools, Git, and basic scripting or automation. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred
