About the Role

As a Jr. Data Specialist, you'll manage, process, and ensure the accuracy of data across multiple systems to support business operations and decision-making. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain data quality, generate reports, and contribute to process improvements.

What You'll Do

• Collect, encode, and consolidate data from multiple sources
• Perform data cleansing, validation, and quality checks
• Maintain and update databases across systems
• Generate routine and ad hoc reports for stakeholders
• Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and insights
• Collaborate with teams to improve reporting processes
• Support automation and system enhancement projects
• Document data processes and workflows
• Monitor and resolve data discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards
• Assist with customer feedback analysis
• What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree or equivalent experience (fresh graduates welcome!)0–1 year of experience in master data management or related roles
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer literacy (email, chat tools, CRM systems)
