Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, screening, and coordinating the hiring of reliable house cleaners. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy working with people, and can efficiently manage multiple tasks, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Post job advertisements on various hiring platforms and social media.
• Source qualified house cleaner candidates.
• Review applications and screen resumes.
• Communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process.
• Verify candidate information and required documents.
• Coordinate onboarding for newly hired cleaners.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking spreadsheets and databases.
• Follow up with candidates regarding hiring status, and onboarding requirements.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified cleaning professionals.
• Prepare recruitment reports and hiring updates.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Recruiter, HR Assistant, or Administrative Assistant is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Bilingual is a PLUS especially Spanish and English
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting interviews.
• Experience using Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Calendar).
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• High attention to detail and professionalism.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Pay: Php16,500.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
