About the role
As a Business Development Executive, you will serve as the outbound contact between our client and hotel properties across assigned global regions. Using a marketing-qualified list, you will reach out to senior hotel decision-makers—such as General Managers, Food & Beverage Managers, and Operations Managers—to introduce digital guest-facing solutions, qualify interest, and generate sales-ready leads. This is a pure lead-generation and qualification role. Once a lead is qualified, you will hand it over to a Sales Account Executive through the CRM system. This role is fully remote, with working hours aligned to your assigned region.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to hotel properties within your assigned region
- Connect with senior hotel leaders (GM, F&B Manager, Operations Manager)
- Present digital guest-facing solutions and QR-based F&B ordering features
- Assess interest, needs, and decision-making authority
- Transfer qualified leads to Sales Executives with clear briefing

About you
- Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or outbound B2B lead generation, ideally in SaaS or hospitality tech
- Confident, professional communication style suitable for senior hotel management
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Resilience and persistence in high-volume outreach
- Strong organizational skills and CRM proficiency
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently
- Flexibility to align working hours with assigned region
- Additional languages (French, German, Spanish, Arabic, Mandarin, Japanese) are a strong advantage
- Familiarity with hotel operations or POS systems is a plus
