WFH Social Media Assistant – Mid-Luxury Fashion

Overview

Our client is looking for a Social Media Assistant – Mid-Luxury Fashion to drive the Instagram strategy for a soon-to-launch mid-luxury fashion brand. You will act as the creative engine behind both the main brand account and the founder's personal Instagram, shaping an authentic social identity from the ground up. In this role, you will craft compelling scripts, design carousels, edit video content, and write SEO-optimized copy to maximize organic reach leading into the official launch. This fully remote position offers the creative freedom to own the content calendar and scale output for a discernibly trend-forward audience. It represents an exceptional ground-floor opportunity to leave a lasting mark on a rapidly growing fashion label. Schedule: Full Time - 35h per week, flexible hours with some overlap for communication, Central European Time (CET)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with brand voice, current trends, and audience engagement patterns
• Create compelling scripts, hooks, and captions for reels and carousel content tailored to the fashion industry
• Edit video and carousel content, repurposing existing footage and imagery across formats
• Manage and maintain a content calendar, ensuring consistent posting cadence leading up to and beyond brand launch
• Write SEO-optimized captions and hashtags to maximize organic reach on Instagram
• Support the founder's personal brand by creating and managing content for her personal Instagram account
• Primary focus on Instagram content creation and management, with potential repurposing to TikTok and other platforms
• Manage content for both the brand account and the founder's personal account
• Participate in bi-weekly strategy meetings to review performance and align on upcoming trends
• Provide daily progress reports and maintain responsive communication throughout the working day
• Increase content output beyond four pieces per week to support the upcoming brand launch

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for fashion, lifestyle, or mid-luxury brands
• Strong understanding of Instagram's algorithm, trending formats, and organic growth strategies
• Proficiency in video editing and carousel design for social media
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging hooks and scripts
• High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across all content
• Self-starter with strong time management skills and the ability to work independently
• Nice-to-have Requirements: Bonus if you have experience repurposing Instagram content for TikTok or other short-form platforms
• It helps if you have experience managing both a business account and a personal/founder account simultaneously
• Bonus if you have a portfolio demonstrating content created for fashion, style, or mid-luxury lifestyle brands
