What You'll Do

• Assist with daily accounting operations, including recording and monitoring e-commerce financial transactions
• Monitor and reconcile daily online sales, payment collections, refunds, cancellations, and marketplace transactions
• Prepare and reconcile sales reports, payment gateway settlements, bank deposits, and e-commerce platform collections
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of invoices, receipts, billing statements, liquidation reports, and supporting documents
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments and discrepancies
• Assist in preparing financial reports, account reconciliations, and month-end closing

• Coordinate with e-commerce, operations, customer service, logistics, and finance teams to resolve payment, sales, and reconciliation concerns
• Monitor transaction fees, discounts, promotions, commissions, shipping charges, and other e-commerce-related expenses
• Assist with inventory and sales reconciliation between e-commerce platforms, internal systems, and accounting records
• Ensure proper documentation and recording of online transactions in accordance with company policies and accounting procedures
• Support internal controls and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or a related field
• Experience as an Account Officer, Accounting Assistant, Finance Assistant, or similar role in e-commerce, retail, or other high-volume operational environments
• Working knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting principles, and financial documentation
• Experience with sales reconciliation, accounts receivable, payment settlements, and transaction monitoring
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, marketplaces, or POS/accounting systems is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of accounting software is a plus
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and coordination skills
