Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Artist to join our advertising company. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, adapting, and preparing artwork for large-format printing and advertising materials, ensuring that designs meet client requirements and production specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and develop layouts and designs for large-format advertising materials, including tarpaulins, banners, billboards, signages, posters, vehicle graphics, and other promotional materials.
• Adapt existing designs into various sizes and formats while maintaining proper proportions and visual quality.
• Prepare print-ready artwork according to production specifications, including correct dimensions, resolution, color mode, bleeds, and file formats.
• Review artwork for accuracy, ensuring correct spelling, measurements, images, colors, and other client specifications before production.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Account Management, and Production teams regarding artwork requirements, revisions, and production concerns.
• Make revisions and adjustments based on client or internal feedback.
• Ensure that all files are properly organized, labeled, and archived for easy retrieval and future production.
• Assist in creating mock-ups and visual presentations for client approval.
• Check and troubleshoot artwork-related issues that may affect the quality of the final printed output.
• Ensure designs are visually appealing while considering the technical requirements and limitations of large-format printing.
• Perform other graphic design and production-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Advertising Arts, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an advertising, signage, printing, or large-format production company.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; knowledge of Corel

DRAW is an advantage.

• Experience in preparing large-format and print-ready artwork.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, image resolution, and printing requirements.
• Knowledge of CMYK, RGB, bleed, scaling, image resolution, and other pre-press requirements.
• Able to work with large-scale dimensions and high-resolution files.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Creative, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Willing to coordinate closely with production teams and make necessary artwork adjustments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with tarpaulin, billboard, signage, vehicle wrap, acrylic signage, and other advertising materials.
• Knowledge of different printing processes and materials.
• Basic understanding of pre-press and large-format printing production.
• Ability to visualize how artwork will appear on actual physical installations.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
