HR Generalist

QUALIFICATIONS:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, Business Management, or equivalent

• With 1-2 years of experience in being an HR Generalist is an advantage
• Diligent, organized, and detail-oriented
• Willing to work in Munoz, Quezon City

RESPONSIBILITIES:Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements; Responsible for the managing records of employees in the company. Timekeeping and attendance monitoring, ensure timely and efficiency of timekeeping record for payroll and billing processing of various business partners. Check completeness of payroll results and take corrective action when necessary; Ensures that government remittances of the company and business partners have been paid and posted on time including safekeeping of all original receipts; Respond and resolve staff queries of employees concerning salary and other entitlements; Prepares final pay computation and ensure correct payment within established turnaround time; Maintain confidentiality on salary structure and payroll information. Recruits potential candidates through various channels such as Jobstreet, Facebook, head hunters, job fairs, etc. Ensures all new employees are registered properly and proper details with government institutions (BIR, SSS, PHILHEALTH, HDMF)Coordinates on-boarding process of new applicants (collecting pre-employment requirements, scheduling company orientation, endorsing to proper departments, and registering to the company records); Keeps updated with all government-mandated laws; Performs other tasks as needed
