• Inside Sales Consultant (Staff Augmentation / RPO / IT Staffing)
• Location: Hybrid 2x in BGC
• Employment Type: 12 months Contract (Renewable)

Are you a results-driven sales professional with experience selling IT staffing, staff augmentation, or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions? We're looking for an Inside Sales Consultant to drive outbound business development, generate new client opportunities, and support strategic sales initiatives in the U.S. market.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a hunter-style sales environment, enjoys building new business relationships, and wants to grow into a client-facing sales role.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email campaigns, and targeted outreach.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new client opportunities within the U.S. market.
• Open new accounts and build a healthy sales pipeline.
• Support senior sales leaders during lead qualification, discovery calls, and initial client engagements.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activities, and pipeline updates using Salesforce.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales activity and business development targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of business development or sales experience in IT staffing, staff augmentation, recruitment agency, or RPO services.
• Proven experience selling staffing or recruitment solutions to clients in the U.S. market.
• Strong outbound prospecting and cold-calling skills with a track record of opening new accounts.
• Experience working independently in a target-driven sales environment.
• Hands-on experience using Salesforce CRM.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting senior sales executives throughout the sales cycle.
• Background in B2B sales within staffing, technology, consulting, or professional services.
• Familiarity with sales pipelines, CRM best practices, and consultative selling techniques.
• Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience is a strong advantage.

Additional Requirement

• Must possess a valid passport.
