Content Editor - Social Media

Job Summary: We're pleased to bring on a talented Social Media Manager and Video Editor to join our team and help bring our content to life. In this role, you'll take raw video footage and turn it into polished, publish-ready content, then manage its release across our social channels. This is a great fit for someone who combines strong editing skills with a feel for social media, and who can work independently once shown the ropes. Key Responsibilities: Edit raw video footage into polished, publish-ready videos

• Handle posting and publishing of finished content across social media channels
• Manage a recurring content workflow, from raw footage handoff through to final published post
• Turn around edited content within agreed timeframes
• Maintain a consistent visual style and quality across all videos and posts
• Communicate proactively on progress, turnaround times, and any questions
• Work independently after initial training, with minimal ongoing supervision
• Mandatory Skills: Proven video editing experience for social media, with a strong portfolio to demonstrate it
• Comfortable managing and publishing content across social media platforms
• Able to work flexibly around a recurring content handoff schedule and meet turnaround deadlines
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills, with clear updates on progress and turnaround
• Preferred Skills: Background in content creation or personal branding
• Quick learner who can pick up workflows with light initial guidance
• Comfortable taking on more hours and responsibility as trust builds
• Familiarity with best practices for posting and scheduling on social platforms
