Job Summary

A Content Moderator reviews user-generated content to ensure it follows company policies, community guidelines, and legal requirements. The role involves monitoring text, images, videos, audio, and other online content to maintain a safe and respectful digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content across platforms
• Remove or flag inappropriate, offensive, harmful, or misleading content
• Enforce community guidelines and platform policies consistently
• Escalate severe violations such as threats, abuse, fraud, or illegal activity
• Monitor trends and identify emerging risks or policy gaps
• Document moderation decisions and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with quality assurance and policy teams
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets
• Handle sensitive or graphic content professionally when required
• Willing to work onsite and shifting

Qualifications

• All segment
• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / SHS Graduate / College Graduate or Undergraduate can do apply!

✔ At least 2 years Call Center Experience

• Content Moderator
• Digital Marketing Specialist
• Digital Ads Creator

✔ Preferably with experience in

• Social Media Ads Management
• Other Digital Platforms (BPO or Non-BPO)

✔ Has knowledge/background in

• Paid Ads
• Leads Generation
• Ads Review and related tasks
