Full job description

The Accountant will play a central role in maintaining the financial integrity of our company. This position is responsible for executing daily accounting tasks, including preparing journal entries, maintaining the general ledger, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses strong analytical skills, and demonstrates a deep understanding of standard accounting principles.

Job Requirements & Qualifications1. Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).2. Technical Skills

• Advanced Excel: Mastery of VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, INDEX/MATCH, and data manipulation formulas.
• Tech-Adaptability: Familiarity with modern automated expense management tools (like Concur or Ramp) and digital workflow platforms.
• Soft Skills & Core Competencies
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when dealing with complex financial data.
• Time Management: Ability to meet tight deadlines consistently, especially during the high-pressure month-end close week.
• Ethical Integrity: Absolute discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential financial and payroll data.
• Communication: Ability to explain financial concepts clearly to non-finance team members or department heads.
• Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php13,000.00 per month
