ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a talented Content Writer to craft compelling, high-quality content that educates, engages, and converts our B2B audience. In this role, you will write and refine content across multiple formats, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, website copy, and email campaigns. You’ll collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create content that aligns with our brand voice, supports lead generation, and drives customer engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Creation: Write clear, engaging, and informative content for blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, eBooks, whitepapers, and social media. Technical & Industry Writing: Develop content that explains complex SaaS solutions in a way that resonates with decision-makers and business leaders. Sales & Product Marketing Content: Support sales and product teams by creating case studies, product descriptions, FAQs, and customer success stories. Content Strategy Support: Assist in developing content calendars and editorial plans that align with business objectives. Research & Thought Leadership: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor content, and emerging topics to create insightful and authoritative content. Editing & Proofreading: Review and refine content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand messaging. Collaboration: Work closely with designers, marketers, and subject matter experts to create compelling, visually appealing content.QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS2-5+ years of experience in content writing, preferably in a B2B, SaaS or technology-driven industry. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and persuasive content.A strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization is preferred. Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush) is preferred. Experience writing for different audience segments, including C-suite executives, product managers, and IT professionals.
