QA Automation Test Engineer - Contractual

• Employment Type: 6-months contract

We are looking for a QA Automation Test Engineer who will be responsible for creating and running automated tests to ensure our applications are working properly and meet quality standards. You will work closely with Developers, Product Owners, and DevOps teams to improve testing processes and support automated testing in CI/CD pipelines. Create and maintain automated test scripts for UI, API, and integration testing. Develop and improve test automation frameworks. Run automated tests and investigate failed test results. Identify, document, and track software defects. Perform regression, smoke, sanity, and data-driven testing. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. Work with Developers and Product Owners during requirements and sprint planning. Prepare test reports and quality metrics. Help improve QA processes and testing standards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related course.2–3 years of experience in Automation Testing. Experience with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium/WebDriver. Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Python, or C#.Experience with API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools. Knowledge of QA and software testing methodologies. Understanding of CI/CD and automated testing. Willing to work full onsite in Makati City and on a day-shift schedule. Nice to have:ISTQB Certification. Knowledge of OWASP and security testing. Experience with JMeter or k6. Familiarity with AWS or Azure. Knowledge of Docker or other containerization tools. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply and join our team!
