Software Quality Analyst | US Healthcare Experience | ASAP

Are you passionate about delivering high-quality software and creating exceptional user experiences? We are looking for a Software Quality Analyst who will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products across the entire development lifecycle. As a key member of our Technology team, you will collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, UX Designers, and DevOps professionals to design effective testing strategies, identify and resolve defects, drive automation initiatives, and ensure successful software releases. Key Responsibilities

Analyze business and functional requirements to create effective test scenarios. Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Execute functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing. Validate new product features and enhancements against business requirements. Ensure product quality throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects. Collaborate with developers to resolve issues efficiently. Verify defect fixes and conduct regression testing before release. Analyze root causes of recurring defects and recommend preventive actions. Validate RESTful APIs and microservices. Perform backend testing using SQL queries and API testing tools. Ensure seamless integration between applications and third-party systems. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard frameworks. Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines. Improve automation coverage to reduce manual testing effortQualificationsRequiredBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.3-7 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance within a product development environment. Strong understanding of: Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)Agile and Scrum methodologies

Hands-on experience testing web, mobile, and/or SaaS applications. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Preferred Qualifications

Experience with U.S. healthcare systems or related healthcare technology domains. Experience working in Agile product development teams. Knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud-based applications. Experience implementing automated testing strategies within CI/CD environments. Professional QA certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
