About the role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Junior Executive Assistant (JEA) to provide essential administrative support to senior executives. This role plays a key part in streamlining daily operations by ensuring efficient calendar management, seamless coordination, and professional communication across departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of handling confidential information while working in a fast-paced executive environment. Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meeting
schedule
- sCoordinate and arrange meetings, events, and executive functions
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support
- Handle correspondence, emails, and document preparation
- Assist in project coordination and follow-ups with internal stakeholders
- Arrange business travel, itineraries, and related logistics
- Maintain accurate and confidential records and files
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external parties
- Manage office supplies and administrative requirements
- Support event management activities (advantageous)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, International Relations, or a related field2–3 years of experience supporting senior executives
- Proven experience handling confidential matters and complex scheduling
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and virtual meeting tools
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Experience in events management is an advantage
