Job Description

Are you passionate about transforming data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions? We are looking for a Data Analyst to analyze transactional and behavioral data from Palawan

Pay, identify trends and opportunities, and deliver actionable insights that support business growth, product development, and customer experience initiatives. The role will be responsible for data analysis, dashboard development, KPI monitoring, and reporting to help stakeholders make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze Palawan

Pay transaction data to identify customer behavior, usage patterns, trends, and potential areas for improvement. Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports to monitor key business metrics and KPIs. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to support data-driven initiatives and strategic projects. Validate, clean, and transform data to ensure reporting accuracy and reliability. Prepare recurring reports and conduct ad hoc analysis on customer segments, product usage, and business performance. Develop visualizations and present insights through Power BI, Tableau, and other reporting tools. Monitor trends and key performance indicators such as user activity, transaction volume, retention, and monetization.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience1 to 3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related role. Experience in fintech, e-wallets, financial services, or digital platforms is an advantage. Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Power BI and/or Tableau proficiency
• SQL querying and relational database knowledge

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Digital wallet and financial application business operations

Certifications
