Sales Lead: BPO/B2B SALESdrives sales execution and team productivity by coaching and supervising representatives, ensuring KPIs, quality, and process adherence as the first level of leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead, train, and coach Inside Sales Representatives. Drive KPI performance through coaching, performance reviews, and action plans. Generate new business through outbound prospecting, support sales and marketing initiatives, assist with deal closures, and maintain accurate CRM records. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and sales escalations. Analyze sales performance data and provide insights to support coaching, strategy, and continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred). Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent. Strong communication and objection-handling skills. Proven ability to lead high-stakes calls and coach representatives to achieve similar results. Minimum of 2 years of B2B inside sales experience. At least 2 years of supervisory experience leading teams of five or more representatives against KPIs. Strong track record of coaching performance through reviews, action plans, and effective conflict resolution. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Google Workspace applications. Ability to independently analyze and interpret KPI data. Experience supporting the growth and scaling of sales teams or processes.
