Marsh Health & Benefits is recruiting for an HCC Navigator Project Manager. What can you expect?  The Project Manager acts as a catalyst, driving the processes and actions of their assigned clinical teams to ensure activities stay on track, build value, and improve results. They will provide project management support for assigned clinical teams to assist with:   Project plan development and execution  Data preparation and review  Case selection  Coordination of carrier meetings, tracking of data, timelines, and follow-up/close-out activities  Development of client and other reports      We will count on you to:  Project manages multiple tasks on different projects simultaneously to include the following: organize project workflow and identify key milestones; manage the quality and timeliness of project deliverables; ensure deliverables are client ready.  Manage logistics for and coordinate communications with assigned medical carriers and HCC Navigator clinical review teams.  Coordinate and participate in regularly

d medical carrier conference call meetings to discuss ongoing HCC clinical oversight activities, document clinical feedback, and assist with tracking follow-up items and lead report development of the findings and opportunities.  Intermediate proficiency in using and extracting data from various data models and data-management tools (e.g., the Compass database and Excel) to support the clinical team in identifying cases.  Support assigned clinical team in performing basic research and analysis to support clinical interventions and act as the first point of contact for inquiries.  Participate in calls and work with others on the team to maintain and enhance data mining approaches to support build out of tools to help identify clinical cases and tell a value story.  Provide technical assistance on data tools, as needed to support the HCC Navigator solution. Act as resource for staff, answer questions, provide work arounds for obstacles that arise.   Participate in ad hoc HCC Navigator program conference calls.  Assist in HCC Navigator reporting (pull reports, prepare executive summary, etc.).   Assist with the development and maintenance of externally facing documents such as client FAQs, Consultant Update Emails, client reports with strong business writing skills.  Assist with coordination of annual client meetings including pulling data and developing presentation decks.  Identify opportunities for process and/or data improvements and or actively support HCC Navigator related projects and associated data needs.  Ensure data confidentiality and work to develop systems and processes to support ongoing data protection.  What you need to have:   BA/BS degree required.   3-5 years relevant work experience in project management, consulting, insurance carrier related experiences (quality assurance, auditing, project management).  Hands on knowledge to navigate and efficiently use MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams).   Proven project management, verbal, and written skills.   Creative problem-solving abilities including experience navigating sensitive situations.   Solid understanding of how to use clinical data and metrics for the purposes of report generation.  Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment.   Ability to partner with and project manage multiple smaller teams to produce client deliverables, maintain timelines and efficiently use resources.   Ability to work independently and on a team.  Nice to have: Prior experience/ knowledge of US healthcare care insurance. Thorough understanding of general health care concepts, US commercial claims data structures.  Excellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills.    What makes you stand out:  Advanced degree in business or health related field.  Project Management Professional certification.  Prior experience/ knowledge of managed care clinical operations.  Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
