Senior Accountant

Qualifications

• Strong accounting and financial reporting skills, including experience with general ledger management, financial statements preparation, and month-end closing.
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business planning and performance review.
• Knowledge of tax regulations, compliance requirements, and statutory reporting in the Philippines.
• Experience with accounting systems and ERP tools; advanced skills in spreadsheet and financial modeling software.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and to mentor or supervise junior accounting staff.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in a senior accounting role, ideally within diversified, manufacturing, or real estate businesses.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to strong internal controls and good corporate governance.
