We are looking for a proactive, compassionate, and detail-oriented Company Nurse to join our HR team. If you are a licensed nurse who loves keeping people safe, healthy, and supported—while also flexing your knack for administrative and payroll processes—this hybrid role is your court!

What You'll Do

Provide prompt first aid and basic care for our Head Office team, coordinate medical incident support for our retail stores and warehouses, and spearhead exciting company wellness programs, annual physical exams (APE), and vaccination drives. Maintain confidential employee health records, monitor clinic inventory, and manage statutory DOLE-OSHS compliance reports (such as WAIR and Annual Medical Reports). Assist team members with HMO enrollment, medical reimbursements, clinic referrals, and emergency hospital transfers, while acting as a welcoming frontline helpdesk contact. Partner closely with our payroll team to audit daily time records (DTR), leaves, and overtime, and help validate payroll data ahead of cutoff dates.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) with an active Philippine Registered Nurse (RN) license. At least 6 months of clinical, occupational health, or corporate HR support experience (exposure to retail or multi-site operations is a major plus!). Valid certifications in First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) / ACLS.Working knowledge of DOLE Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS Rule 1020) and general labor standards. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and comfortable navigating HR systems or ticketing platforms. High integrity and discretion when handling sensitive medical and payroll data, paired with a strong sense of urgency and clear, professional communication skills. Why Join Toby’s Sports?
