URGENT HIRING! Program Team Member

NOTE: THIS JOB IS ON-SITE. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO REPORT TO THE ACADEMY AT BGC, TAGUIG.Breakthrough Academic Institute (BRAINS) is looking for a highly reliable, proactive, and growth-oriented Program Team Member to join our academic team. This role combines teaching, student assessment, program development, teacher support, and academic operations. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, follows through without constant reminders, and is eager to grow into greater responsibility. What You’ll Do

Teach engaging one-on-one English lessons to young learners and adults, adapting instruction to students’ levels, needs, and goals. Conduct student assessments and interviews, evaluate learning needs, and develop and adjust individualized student programs. Monitor student progress and provide clear feedback and program recommendations to students, parents, and teachers. Support daily program operations, including

s, documentation, academic materials, books, reports, and other administrative tasks. Assist the Academic Director with teacher coaching, lesson plan reviews, training, and classroom support. Provide practical feedback to teachers and help ensure BRAINS teaching standards are consistently applied. Monitor assigned tasks and responsibilities, ensuring work is completed accurately and on time, with minimal follow-up. Identify problems or gaps in academic operations and help develop and implement practical solutions. Take initiative, anticipate potential issues, and contribute ideas for improving BRAINS programs and systems. Take on increasing responsibility in academic operations, teacher development, and program leadership as you grow.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who can do more than just complete a list of assigned tasks- someone who takes ownership and follows through without constant reminders; takes initiative and thinks ahead; communicates clearly and proactively; works independently while maintaining high standards and attention to detail; and is coachable, accountable, and genuinely motivated to grow into greater responsibility and leadership.

Qualifications

Resides in or near BGC/Taguig and can reliably commute to the academy. (Applicants who live far from BGC will not be considered.)Bachelor's degree, preferably in Education, English, or a related field

• At least 2 years of teaching experience; experience in ESL or one-on-one education is an advantage
• Knowledge of English Proficiency Tests (IELTS, EIKEN, TOEFL, DET, EFSET, CET, etc.) is an advantage
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, including the ability to communicate and write effectively at an academic or university level

Strong ability to differentiate instruction, adapting lesson content, questioning, explanations, activities, and feedback to meet students at different proficiency levels and learning needs

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with lesson planning, student assessment, program development, or teacher coaching is an advantage
• Comfortable using Google Workspace and other digital tools for documentation and coordination

• Work arrangement: On-site
• Schedule: Monday- Friday (*10:00 AM - 8:00 PM), Saturday (8:00 AM- 5:00 PM)* Weekday start time may change during peak seasons to accommodate incoming students
