About the role
- QUALIFICATIONS:At least High School / Senior High School Graduate
- At least 1 year of Customer Service / BPO experience
- With proven Upselling or Side selling experience
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working onsite in Frontera Verde, Pasig
- Can start ASAP RESPONSIBILITIES:Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries
- Provide accurate information and effective resolutions
- Identify opportunities to upsell or side sell products/servicesRecommend relevant products based on customer needs
- Meet customer service and sales targets
