About the role
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Regional HR/Admin Officer to support our branches and ensure smooth implementation of HR and administrative processes across the assigned region.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and monitor HR and administrative activities across assigned branches
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation
- Coordinate manpower requirements and staffing concerns
- Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and other employee-related matters
- Assist in implementing company policies and procedures
- Handle employee concerns and coordinate with management when necessary
- Conduct branch visits and ensure compliance with company standards
- Prepare HR reports and other administrative documents
- Coordinate with branch heads and department supervisors regarding HR/Admin concerns
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2–3 years of HR/Admin experience, preferably in a multi-branch or regional setup
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration
- Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple branches/tasksWilling to travel to assigned branches
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
Trustworthy, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality
