Perks and benefits

₱180 to ₱200 per hour, five nights a week, with a ₱15,000 guaranteed pay for your first three months.

₱7,000 in bonuses as you launch: ₱5,000 Sign-Up Bonus, ₱1,500 Training Completion Bonus, ₱500 Certification Bonus.

Teach 86 hours a month and you qualify for HMO coverage worth up to ₱100,000.

Who you’ll teach

You’ll teach children in 1-on-1 online classes, using ready-made lesson materials and props we provide. Classes run 5pm to 10pm PHT, minimum 25 hours a week, with two weekdays off.

This one is for teachers who already know how to hold a young learner’s attention: classroom teachers from preschool to secondary, Kumon and SPED tutors, church and Sunday school teachers, and tutors coming over from another kids-focused online platform. Experience with kids is the requirement. ESL experience is a bonus, not a gate.

On file before you start

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course, with diploma, TOR, and a Philippine bank account
• 6 months teaching or handling kids, strong spoken English, TESOL/TEFL 120 hours or willingness to complete one
• Core i5 10th gen, Ryzen 5 3000, or Apple M1 and up, 8GB RAM, wired 25 Mbps main and 15 Mbps backup, 1080p webcam, USB noise-cancelling headset, 4-hour backup power
