Social Media Manager- PT Sports

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to grow our traditional sports and esports presence, build our fanbase, and create engaging content around teams, athletes, players, competitions, tournaments, and major sporting events. The ideal candidate understands both traditional sports and esports audiences, particularly within Southeast Asia, and knows how to turn sports trends and live events into engaging digital content.

Key responsibilities

Develop and manage social media strategies across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, X, and YouTube. Plan content around matches, tournaments, teams, athletes, esports players, and major events. Lead content planning for both traditional sports and esports, particularly DOTA 2, MLBB, and Honor of Kings (HoK). Create engaging concepts and coordinate with designers, editors, videographers, and production teams. Build compelling stories around teams, athletes, and players to strengthen fan engagement. Develop collaborations with athletes, creators, streamers, influencers, and sports/gaming communities. Monitor trends and track content performance and KPIs to improve social media strategy. About you4+ years of experience in social media, sports, esports, gaming, or digital content. Strong understanding of traditional sports and the SEA/global esports ecosystem. Familiarity with DOTA 2, MLBB, and HoK is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and current content trends. Strong English communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills. Experience with a sports organization, esports team, gaming company, sports media company, tournament organizer, or agency is an advantage.
