WFH B2B Sales Development Representative

Our client is looking for a professional for a role focused on B2B sales outreach within the commercial industrial sector, combining outbound calls and emails with lead qualification and appointment setting. The position offers remote work, opportunities for professional growth, and potential expansion into account management.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Toronto Time, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Conduct introductory calls to potential B2B clients in the commercial industrial sector
• Follow up with prospects via email to progress deals through the sales funnel
• Utilize the company’s CRM system to track and manage leads effectively
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for senior sales representatives
• Collaborate with the internal sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities
• Requirements3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the commercial industrial sector
• MUST HAVE Windows OS computer with minimum of 30 GB free hard-drive space (SSD/HDD)Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Resilience and ability to handle objections professionally
• Fluency in English; additional languages may be an asset
