Interior Designer

• Visiting job sites to analyze space availability, design needs and the purpose of the space
• Attending client meetings to understand the design needs and client preferences regarding interior styles and colors
• Creating initial design sketches, color themes and ideas based on client requirements and space availability
• Present design concepts and proposals to clients for approval.
• Collaborate with technical teams to customize furniture, selecting materials, finishes, and fabrics based on client preferences.
• Deliver compelling presentations of design proposals, including detailed price quotes and accurate cost estimations.
• Overseeing the buying process of all raw materials and items required to complete the project
• Arranging client visits and keeping everyone involved in the project appraised of its progress
• Ensuring project completion within the allocated budget and timeline
• Coordinate with fabrication teams to monitor production, ensuring accurate manufacturing and on-time delivery/installation.
• Design showroom layouts, storefronts, and displays to effectively showcase the manufacturing company’s furniture products.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, material innovations, and company products to provide expert recommendations.
• Ensuring project completion within the allocated budget and timeline

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of furniture specifications and space planning.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented with strong relationship-building abilities.
• Able to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.

Preferred

Experience in furniture, modular cabinetry, interior fit-out, or architectural sales.

• Knowledge of residential and commercial interior projects.
• Experience using rendering software such as V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion is an advantage.
• PRC Interior Designer License is a plus but not required.
