Foreign Preschool Teacher

Develop and implement comprehensive and age-appropriate teaching plans for preschool/kindergarten students. Teach foundational skills such as alphabet recognition, phonics, numeracy, communication, and basic academic concepts. Support children's personal, social, and emotional development, including cooperation, sharing, confidence, and positive interactions. Prepare and organize learning materials, classroom resources, and instructional activities. Utilize a variety of engaging teaching methods, including songs, stories, educational media, structured games, arts and crafts, and outdoor activities. Create a fun, positive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages children's participation and learning. Observe and monitor children's behavior, interactions, and developmental progress. Regularly assess students' performance and development to ensure they are achieving appropriate learning milestones. Maintain professional and open communication with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and classroom activities. Coordinate and cooperate effectively with school administrators, teachers, and support staff. Maintain proper classroom organization and ensure learning materials and resources are properly managed. Follow established teaching standards, school policies, child-protection guidelines, and safety regulations. Ensure a safe, clean, supportive, and welcoming environment for all students. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field. At least 18 units in Early Childhood Education (ECE), as required for the position. Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience with preschool or kindergarten students. Montessori teaching experience is highly preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patient, caring, creative, and enthusiastic when working with young children. Able to effectively manage a classroom and adapt teaching methods according to children's individual learning needs. Willing and available to work Monday to Saturday.
