• To be successful in this role, candidates must have hands-on experience with:
• ✅ Python for data analysis, automation, and scripting
• ✅ Advanced SQL for querying, transforming, and analyzing data
• ✅ AWS Cloud Services for data storage, analytics, or development
• ✅ Power BI or Tableau for dashboard development and data visualization

Candidates without experience in the above technologies may not be considered.

What You'll Do

Analytics & Insights

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Deliver actionable insights that support business strategy and decision-making.
• Partner with stakeholders to solve business problems through data.

Dashboarding & Reporting

• Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
• Automate recurring reporting processes using Python and SQL.
• Develop self-service reporting capabilities for business users.

Data Solutions & Innovation

• Design scalable data solutions leveraging AWS cloud technologies.
• Improve operational efficiency through automation and data-driven processes.
• Explore and implement new technologies and analytics capabilities.

Data Governance & Quality

• Support data quality initiatives and governance standards.
• Monitor and improve data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Collaborate with technology teams on data access and security controls.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Analytics, Engineering, or another quantitative field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Analytics.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Python
• SQL
• AWS
• Power BI or Tableau
• Experience working with data warehouses and large datasets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• Master's degree in a STEM-related field.
• Experience with Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience in data governance and data quality management.
• Knowledge of tools such as Informatica DQ.
