We are excited to announce an opening for a Customer Service Team Member to join Shaw's customer service operations at Concentrix Philippines. This is a full-time position based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be the front line of communication between Shaw and our valued customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries with professionalism and care. This position is integral to maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting Shaw's commitment to service excellence. What you'll be doing

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via telephone, email, chat and other communication channels
• Provide accurate information about Shaw's products and services to customers
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our systems
• Process customer requests, including account modifications, orders and billing inquiries
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and escalate feedback to management
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and quality standards whilst maintaining compliance requirements
• Collaborate with team members to achieve department targets and goals
• Participate in training and development programmes to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
