Full job description

Join our growing team! We are looking for motivated and results-driven Sales Agents to promote our high-quality construction and finishing products in Cebu and Tacloban City. The main showroom is located in Cebu, serving as the company's primary sales and operations hub.

As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating sales, building strong client relationships, and promoting our products to contractors, dealers, architects, engineers, and other potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company's construction and finishing products.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct product presentations and client meetings.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Submit sales reports and perform other sales-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field is an advantage.
• Previous sales experience is preferred; experience in the construction, hardware, or building materials industry is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong presentation and customer relationship management skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Willing to travel within the assigned area.
• Fresh graduates with strong sales potential are encouraged to apply.

Pay: From Php19,000.00 per month
