• The Inventory Accounting Associate is responsible for tracking and reconciling inventory transactions to ensure accurate financial reporting. This role works closely with warehouse and finance teams to maintain inventory integrity and support audits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile inventory movements (receipts, transfers, adjustments).
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist in inventory counts and resolve variances.
• Generate inventory reports and flag discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Financial Management.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or inventory.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
