Your Day-to-Day
Qualifications
- Minimum of High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) , SHS Graduate or higher (College Level or College Graduate) .
- Freshers are welcome to apply. Customer Service experience is advantage.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.
- Handle retail account transactions, documentation, and updates accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers with product information, billing concerns, and account-related requests.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on pending concerns.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet performance targets and service-level agreements.
- Demonstrate proficiency in communication, both verbal and written in English .
- Uphold company policies and ensure compliance with retail account procedures.
- Be willing to work onsite at IT Park, Cebu City.
Work Setup
- Location: Work in Office – IT Park Cebu
