Role Overview

We are seeking a Site Reliability & Cloud Operations Engineer to ensure high availability, resilience, and operational efficiency for our cloud platforms. You will combine software engineering with system operations to automate routine tasks, optimize cloud telemetry, and streamline release processes.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor, maintain, and optimize global infrastructure uptime and deployment reliability.
  • Automate cloud provisioning, environment setup, and system health checks.
  • Maintain observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Cloud

Watch) to proactively identify performance bottlenecks.

  • Troubleshoot system events and participate in root cause analyses across multi-cloud environments.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years in SRE, cloud operations, or DevOps engineering roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker).
  • Scripting proficiency in Python, Go, or Shell for automation and tooling.
