Amazon Content Specialist (Remote Work)

We are looking for a results-driven Amazon Listing Specialist who can elevate the performance of our product listings through strategic SEO and conversion optimization. In this role, you will analyze listing performance, optimize keywords and content, and ensure all listing components are aligned with customer search intent. Your work will directly contribute to improved keyword rankings, stronger indexing, and higher conversion rates across the Amazon marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Run category analysis using AI tools
• Study customer behaviour (search, purchase & reviews) on Amazon & other marketplaces
• Make data driven decision on product listing structure & keyword placement
• Optimize and write listing content in our brand voice
• Learn & know our products in depth
• Keep product information accurate and consistent across every marketplace
• Audit listings to form a test hypothesis
• Document and present data-driven insights clearly
• Manage an extensive catalog across marketplaces at once while keeping to deadlines

Requirements

• Able to make data-driven decision independently
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Acenda, Mirakl, Walmart
• Strong knowledge of keyword indexing, ranking and listing conversion
• Clear storytelling writer. Able to hold a consistent brand voice.
• Good command of written and spoken English with strong communication skills
• Curious and proactive. Adapt quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Resourceful problem solver. Takes ownership of roles & responsibilities
• Work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
• Good to have: Experience in owning full listing catalog across Amazon, Shopify & other marketplaces
• Proficient in Excel, Google Workspace, basic graphic editing and productivity/AI tools
• Must have a stable internet connection and reliable equipment

Job Details

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
• Tools: Monitask is used for screen and time tracking
