Role Overview: We’re looking for elite Outbound Sales Representatives with proven call center experience handling UK and Australian accounts—high-energy, results-driven professionals who live and breathe sales. You’ll proactively engage warm and outbound prospects, lead confident conversations, and close high-value deals in fast-paced, performance-focused markets. Key Responsibilities: Own outbound sales across global markets, hunting and converting high-value prospects into loyal clients

• Deliver powerful, persuasive sales pitches that resonate with diverse international audiences
• Crush monthly and quarterly targets—no excuses, no compromises
• Keep CRM records impeccable, ensuring full transparency across the sales cycle
• Exploit market trends and competitor insights to stay ahead and capture every revenue opportunity
• What We’re Looking For: Minimum 5 years’ proven outbound sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced BPO or global sales environment
• Exceptional English communication, active listening, and negotiation skills; naturally builds rapport, influences decisions, and closes deals confidently
• Demonstrated success in consistently exceeding sales quotas
• Strong command of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, GHL) with meticulous attention to detail
• Work-from-home setup with a quiet, professional environment
• Preferably based in Metro Manila for logistical convenience and potential in-person engagements
• Thrives in high-pressure, target-driven environments; adapts quickly and performs at peak under tight deadlines
